The promoter of this offer is Stonegate Pub Company Limited ("Stonegate", "we", "us" or "our").
2. Eligibility

3. Promotional Period
3.1 The offer is available on 21 June 2026 only.
3.2 The offer runs from each participating venue opening time until the applicable venue end time on 21 June 2026.
3.3 Purchases outside the promotional period do not qualify.
4. Offer Details
4.1 Customers purchasing one qualifying draught drink at a participating LGBTQ+ Stonegate venue receive a second qualifying draught drink of equal or lesser value free of charge.
4.2 The free drink is redeemed at point of purchase and within the same transaction.
4.3 The offer applies to draught products only.
4.4 Bottled products, cans, spirits, wines, cocktails and non-draught products are excluded.
4.5 One free drink applies per qualifying purchase.
4.6 The offer is subject to availability.

6. Redemption Restrictions
6.1 The offer:
(a) applies once per qualifying transaction
(b) is redeemed in a single transaction
(c) is non-transferable
(d) is non-refundable
(e) holds no cash alternative
(f) cannot be exchanged for other products
(g) excludes use with other promotions unless stated
6.2 Any unused element is lost.
7. Liability
7.1 Stonegate excludes liability for loss, damage, injury or disappointment arising from this offer, where legally permitted.
7.2 Liability remains for death or injury caused by negligence, fraud or other non-excludable matters.
8. Data Protection
8.1 Personal data used for administration follows applicable data protection law and Stonegate Privacy Policy.
9. General
9.1 Stonegate may amend, suspend or withdraw this offer due to circumstances outside reasonable control.
9.2 Stonegate may refuse redemption where misuse or breach is suspected.
