Winner Winner Pride Spinner Spin Wheel Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Winner Winner Pride Spinner – spin the wheel prize draw available on the MiXR app (the “Prize Draw”). By entering the Prize Draw you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the decisions of Stonegate, which are final and binding in all respects. All applicable laws and regulations apply.
The Prize Draw will run from 1st June 2025 to 31st August 2025 (the “Entry Period”).
1. PROMOTER
The Promoter: is Stonegate Pub Company Limited of 3 Monkspath Hall Road, Solihull, West Midlands, B90 4SJ (“Stonegate”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 To enter the Prize Draw, you must be a UK resident and be aged 18 years or over at the time of your Prize Draw entry (“Participant”, “you” , “yours”).
2.2 Internet access and the MiXR app is required to enter.
2.3 Participants must enter using a valid email address.
2.4 Winners must be aged 18 years or over and show valid student ID at the point of redemption of the prize if required by Stonegate. Failure to show valid ID may result in disqualification and you forfeiting your prize.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 You will be required to have a MiXR account or create one, by downloading the MiXR app on your device through the App Store or Google Play store, and signing up by entering your first name, surname, email address and creating an account to be in the chance to win a prize, in accordance with section 4 below.
3.2 Entry into the prize draw can be made by clicking the play now link displayed within the MiXR app during the entry period.
3.3 Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted.
3.4 Stonegate accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any entries that were not received for whatever reason.
3.5 Only one entry per person is permitted - you will only be able to spin the wheel one time.
4. PRIZES
4.1 Participants of the Prize Draw will be in with the chance to win one of the following prizes (“Prizes”):
4.1.1 A holiday e-voucher with a value of £1,000 (of which 1 is available) (“Prize 1”)
4.1.2 A free single spirit (Smirnoff Red, Gordon’s Gin or Captain Morgan’s) + mixer beverage (Diet Coke, Coke Zero or Schweppes Lemonade) or a glass of Diet Coke, Coke Zero or Schweppes Lemonade voucher (of which up to 500 drink vouchers are available) via the MiXR app, to be redeemed by 23:59 on 01/09 at the participating venues (as stated at clause 9.6), subject to availability (“Prize 2”) Winners may select their preferred flavour in the app, but please note that redemption of preferred flavour is subject to availability at the venue;
4.1.3 100 MiXR points (of which up to 100 are available) to be redeemed within 12 months of Participant receiving the MiXR Points (“Prize 3”); or
4.1.4 50 MiXR points (of which up to 100 are available) to be redeemed within 12 months of Participant receiving the MiXR Points (“Prize 4”).
4.2 Participants acknowledge and agree that there is no guarantee of winning a Prize. Prize 2 shall be redeemable, subject to stock availability. Stonegate accepts no responsibility if Participants attempt to redeem Prizes at non-participating pubs or if the relevant product is out of stock.
4.3 Where Prize 2 cannot be redeemed due to stock availability, Stonegate will substitute this with a suitable alternative (such alternative to be at Stonegate’s discretion).
4.4 All winners are selected at random via a computer software system.
4.5 Stonegate reserves the right to substitute any of the Prizes with another prize of equal or greater value at Stonegate’s absolute discretion without giving notice.
4.6 Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
4.7 If it is discovered during prize verification that a participant has entered, attempted to enter, or used multiple accounts to enter, more than the stated limit, they will be disqualified, and all of their entries will be void.
4.8 Prizes will be awarded “as is” and Stonegate makes no representation, warranty or condition in respect of any Prize or part thereof.
4.9 There are no runner up prizes.
5. THE PRIZE DRAW
5.1 Winning Participants will be drawn at random by a computer generator from all entrants who correctly take part in the Prize Draw, in accordance with these terms and conditions, during the Entry Period.
5.2 Stonegate will use reasonable endeavours to contact winners of:
5.2.1 Prize 1 promptly at the end of the Entry Period via email using the email address provided at entry. The email will contain an e-voucher which can be used to access Prize 1. The e-voucher will also show the balance of the voucher (£1,000) and instructions on how to use it. The e-voucher will remain available to access Prize 1 for one year from the date that the winner receives the email containing Prize 1; and
5.2.2 Prizes 2, 3 and 4, via the MiXR app (or otherwise via email using the email address provided at entry).
5.3 If the applicable Prize requires it, winners must respond to winning entry correspondence within 48 hours of being notified.
5.4 If winners fail to respond in accordance with 5.3 above, Stonegate reserves the right to choose new winners.
5.5 Stonegate does not accept any responsibility if the winner is not able to take up a Prize.
5.6 The following additional terms will apply to Prize 1:
5.6.1 The balance of Prize 1 is £1,000 (one thousand pounds).
5.6.2 Prize 1 is a LIFE:STYLE e-voucher for travel products, additional third party (Lifestyle Gift Cards – Part of Motivates) terms apply and can be found at: https://www.lifestylegiftcards.co.uk/terms.
5.6.3 Prize 1 can be swapped for a travel operator’s gift card after the voucher is registered online. For information on the Lifestyle travel partners please visit: https://www.lifestylegiftcards.co.uk.
5.6.4 Prize 1 cannot be used as payment, or exchanged for, travel money related products, including currency, travellers’ cheques and prepaid cards.
5.6.5 Prize 1 cannot be exchanged for cash or to buy another gift card or voucher.
5.6.6 The expiry date of Prize 1 will be one year from the date that the winner receives the email containing Prize 1.
5.6.7 Prize 1 must be treated as cash, and the balance cannot be refunded if it is lost, stolen or destroyed.
5.6.8 Prize 1, or any other holiday voucher, is not covered by The Association of British Travel Agents’ scheme of financial protection.
5.7 Stonegate does not accept any responsibility if the winner is not able to take up the applicable Prize.
5.8 In relation to Prize 1, Stonegate’s sole responsibility to the winner is to provide the holiday e-voucher (or a reasonable equivalent in accordance with these terms and conditions). Stonegate makes no representations and warranties regarding the holiday voucher’s redemption or the actual holiday package booked using the holiday voucher. The winner of the voucher acknowledges and agrees that Stonegate shall not be liable for any costs, expenses, damages, losses or liabilities suffered by the winner or any third party in relation to the redemption of the holiday voucher or the holiday itself. The winner of Prize 1 must redeem the voucher within the expiry date listed on the voucher and in accordance with any applicable third-party terms.
5.9 Entries that do not comply fully with these terms and conditions will be disqualified. Stonegate has sole discretion in determining whether any entries submitted by any person comply with these terms and conditions.
5.10 Stonegate’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all participants and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. PUBLICITY
6.1 By entering the Prize Draw, the participants hereby agree to their name, likeness, photograph, voice and video recording, and entry being used by Stonegate for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6.2 Winners of the Prize Draw further agree to be interviewed in connection with the promotion either in person or via telephone which may be filmed, photographed and/or recorded and Stonegate may use such films, photographs and/or recordings for publicity and PR purposes.
6.3 If you object to any or all or any of your name, likeness, photograph, voice and video recording, and entry being published or made available, please contact Stonegate at competitions@stonegategroup.co.uk. In such circumstances, Stonegate must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
6.4 Each participant accepts and acknowledges that if the above consent is withdrawn, Stonegate may not be in a position to remove the photographs, recordings and videos from webpages operated by third parties.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 Stonegate is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, or any combination thereof.
7.2 Insofar as is permitted by law, Stonegate, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Stonegate, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. DATA PROTECTION
8.1 In accordance with UK General Data Protection Regulations and the Data Protection Act 2018, Stonegate is the Data Controller of the personal data that is collected for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw and awarding the prize.
8.2 Stonegate will process your identity, contact and social media data in order to administer the Prize Draw and select an individual to receive the prize. Stonegate’s lawful basis for processing your personal data for these purposes is performance of a contract.
8.3 For the purposes of administering this processing activity, your personal data will be processed solely in the UK and will not be made available to individuals or companies based outside of the EEA.

9. GENERAL
9.1 By taking part in the Prize Draw, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
9.2 These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any other communications from Stonegate, including advertising and promotional material.
9.3 Stonegate reserves the right to cancel or amend this Prize Draw or to amend these terms and conditions in whole or in part where it becomes necessary to do so and without prior notice.
9.4 Winners shall not carry out or promote the goods and services of the participating venues in any way, including, but not limited to, advertising or posting about alcohol.
9.5 This promotion is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Twitter, Facebook or any other social media platform. participants acknowledge that Instagram, Twitter, Facebook or any other social media platform shall not have any liability to them in connection with the promotion.
9.6 Participating venues are: Marys Cardiff, Queens Court and Pride Leeds, The Brewers Manchester, Via Manchester, Admiral Duncan London, Comptons London, Duke Of Wellington London, Halfway To Heaven Charing Cross, Kings Arms Oxford Street, Retro Bar London, Rupert Street Bar London, Two Brewers Clapham, Village Soho London, Bar Soho London and Charles Street Tap Brighton.
9.7 These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
